The Pri philosophy

P · R · I – The Heart of This Practice

The name PRI is not simply an acronym it is a philosophy, a promise, and a path. Each letter holds meaning that shapes every aspect of the work I do with you.

P · PEACE

True healing begins when we create stillness and an inner quieting that allows us to hear what has long been silenced. Peace is not the absence of difficulty; it is the capacity to be present with yourself without fear. In our work together, we create the conditions for that peace: a space free from judgment, urgency, or performance. Here, you are simply allowed to be.

Peace connects to embodiment the process of coming home to yourself, to your body, to your breath, to the present moment. Many of us have learned to live from the neck up, disconnected from the wisdom that lives deeper within. Together we begin to listen.

R · RESET

Reset is the invitation to pause before the next chapter. So much of what we carry, the patterns we repeat, the defences we have built, the stories we tell about ourselves, was formed long ago, often in childhood, often without our awareness. Reset is the courage to examine those stories with fresh eyes.

Reset speaks to the parts of self we have protected and the parts we have hidden. It draws on an understanding of the inner child, the younger version of you who learned to survive and asks: what does this part of me need now? What would it mean to offer myself what was never given? Reset is where insight becomes possible, and where the unconscious begins to speak.

I · IGNITE

Ignite is where transformation becomes lived. Once we have found some peace and allowed a reset, something new becomes possible: clarity, purpose, agency, and a renewed sense of who you truly are. Ignite is the spark of knowing thyself: not as others have defined you, but as you have come to understand yourself through reflection and courage.

This is where letting go becomes real. Where grief is honoured and acknowledged. Where the conscious and unconscious begin to speak the same language. Ignite is not a destination; it is a direction. It is the beginning of living more fully, more freely, and more as yourself.
