Growing alongside my clients
A commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
Therapy is not a static discipline it grows, deepens, and evolves. As a member of both the NCPS and BACP, I am committed to engaging in regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as part of my professional practice.
CPD is not simply a requirement it is something I value deeply. The best therapy comes from a practitioner who remains curious, humble, and willing to keep developing. I engage in training, supervision, and reflective practice on an ongoing basis to ensure that the support I offer is thoughtful, current, and of the highest standard.

Regular
supervision
I receive regular professional supervision with a qualified and experienced supervisor. Supervision is a cornerstone of ethical practice. It is a dedicated space where I can reflect on my work, explore challenges, and ensure that I am always working in my clients’ best interests. All supervision is bound by strict confidentiality.
“I bring the same curiosity and commitment to my own development that I hope to nurture in the people I work with.”
